Follow provided scenarios for navigation, search, forms, links, and approved account and checkout flows in designated test environments.

Check pages on desktop and mobile browsers for broken links, layout problems, and confusing interactions.

Record issues with clear reproduction steps, expected and actual results, and screenshots or recordings.

Give practical feedback on usability, clarity, and accessibility.

Retest fixes and communicate findings reliably with the team.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and curiosity about how websites work.

Comfort navigating websites and trying different user journeys.

Clear written communication and the ability to follow test instructions.

Access to a computer, phone or tablet and an internet connection. Assignments are matched to available devices and browsers; every device type is not required.

Formal quality-assurance experience is welcome but not required.

Helpful experience

Experience testing websites, forms, or online customer journeys.

Familiarity with branding, small-business tools, or AI-powered web platforms.

Experience writing bug reports or checking keyboard navigation and accessibility.

Assignments & compensation

Assignments are offered as needed across IBrandBiz and other designated projects, with no guaranteed weekly hours or ongoing work.

Before acceptance, each assignment specifies the product, tasks, required devices, estimated time, deadline, payment amount and payment schedule.

You may accept or decline individual assignments. Payment covers completing the agreed testing and feedback, including when no bugs are found.

Compensation and estimated time are specified per assignment. No standard website-testing rate or duration has been established.

More extensive QA or work beyond the agreed assignment requires a separately agreed scope and payment.
