Explore how features behave together, document problems, and help the team make everyday tasks more dependable. This role focuses on web applications and responsive browser experiences.Responsibilities

Run team-provided scenarios for sign-in, project creation, editing, saving, and other approved application workflows.

Test responsive behavior, navigation, validation, loading states, and error recovery across supported browsers and devices.

Check that changes save correctly and that returning to a task produces the expected experience.

Document bugs with reproduction steps, browser and device details, screenshots, or recordings.

Retest resolved issues and share feedback on the usability of connected features.

Qualifications

Careful observation, patience, and a methodical approach to testing.

Comfort using interactive web applications on a computer and mobile device.

Ability to describe problems clearly and distinguish expected from actual behavior.

Reliable communication, internet access, and the ability to follow test instructions.

No formal QA background is required; relevant experience is a plus.

Helpful experience

Experience testing web applications or responsive mobile-browser experiences.

Familiarity with bug-tracking tools, browser developer tools, or structured test cases.

Experience with creative software, business dashboards, or AI-assisted tools.
